never left guessing what to do next.

I’m Carla See — Certified ADHD & Executive Function Coach, former special education teacher, and mom of a daughter with ADHD.
For over 25 years, I’ve helped teens and families move from overwhelm and conflict to stronger routines, follow-through, and calmer relationships at home.
I specialize in helping teens who struggle with organization, focus, emotional regulation, and task initiation — even when they’re genuinely trying.
My work focuses on building real-life executive function skills through clear, step-by-step support so teens gain confidence and independence, and parents can step out of constant reminding and monitoring.
Over time, teens begin to trust themselves — and families experience more peace at home.
If nothing has worked before, the problem isn’t you — it’s the strategy.
This approach helps teens develop motivation, focus, and habits that last, using tools designed for their brain — guided step by step, calmly, clearly, and without chaos.

The teen years bring rising demands — especially for students with ADHD.
Designed for ages 12 and up, when executive function skills are still developing at different rates, this coaching provides practical tools and structured support so teens can build the skills, confidence, and resilience they need now to thrive at home, in school, and beyond.
Because when the right skills are taught early, confidence grows — and struggle doesn’t have to define the future.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
A short conversation helps you understand what your teen truly needs — and what the right support can look like — with no pressure and no obligation.

Most teens don’t need more pressure — they need the right skills, in the right order.
I guide them step by step so they’re never left guessing what to do next. Over time, confidence begins to grow naturally.
